Key Benefits
- The property's biggest attraction is the size of it. It
is absolutely huge, with about 80m2 on each floor and 3 floors, plus a large
loft
- Each floor is empty and would need dividing up. It
would be feasible to make separate apartments on each floor.
- The house is not overlooked and is very quiet. There
is a large garden, bordered by mature trees, which provide a lot of welcome
shade - it is very green
- The house does have limited views of the sea -
unfortunately though the trees impede the view a lot
- coulde be has a lot of the original features,
including a well and barn.There is a nice pergola, providing shade at the
front of the house.
- It is very close to the Slovenian border and
consequently is only about 60kms from Trieste airport and cheap Ryanair
flights
- It is not far from the hilltop town of Buje with all
local amenities
Key Drawbacks
- The house needs a lot of work doing to it. It
does not appear to have been habited for several years
- The hamlet is very small, only about 6 other houses
- It is some distance from the main tourist towns of
Porec and Rovinj, although it is closer to the other hill towns such as
Motovun
