I don't even know if this place is for sale but it caught my eye. I have visions of doing it up and making it into a very smart bed and breakfast place. I would market it on the basis of the tranquillity of the place and the proximity to the sea. Unfortunately there are about 16 different owners so actually getting to buy it is not very likely.
